The nurse who assisted me was very friendly, and Dr. Schleiffarth was also very pleasant, but I'm disappointed after my visit, as I'm definitely having issues with something in my inner ear, and explained I've had some occasional discharge. They didn't do anything beyong a hearing test, and referred me to a physical therapist for balance. I felt like they could have done more, and this was confirmed by my therapist who stated they should have done an ear irrigation, and recommended I have one done since I've yet to do so. UPDATE: Clinic followed up, helped me get scheduled quickly, visit was quick and painless, staff was friendly as always.
